FreeFlyFlow app for iPhone and iPad

FreeFlyFlow is a free and ad-free app that provides free current weather and 7-day weather forecast information to Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV, drone, quad / hexa / copter / octo - copter) owners. Based on a selected UAV model, FreeFlyFlow automatically decides if a certain time is suitable to fly your favorite UAV.

We aerial photographers and videographers always face a problem: we have an idea on shooting at a place, and we decide the best time, say tomorrow sunset at a beach, but we dont know the weather tomorrow at the beach. Drones nowadays cannot fly in rain, and perhaps its also not a good idea to fly in strong wind or low visibility. As a result, we may find weather forecast information from an observatory website. If its raining tomorrow and we need to reschedule on another day this week, we search the weather forecast information again and look into loads of numbers and find out the wind speed, temperature, etc. at several time periods. What a pain!

This is why FreeFlyFlow was born. You let FreeFlyFlow know your aircraft model, and FreeFlyFlow determines whether it is suitable to fly it at a particular place at a particular time. It can also provide a summary view of other periods within the current week so you know instantly which day and time to choose if you have to reschedule the flight. Furthermore, it also provides other weather information so that, say, you can choose to fly on a cooler day to get the perfect shots you want at that place.

FreeFlyFlow is free, ad-free and requires no in-app purchase for current weather and weather forecast information. It is developed to benefit the great global drone community. FreeFlyFlow may include features other than weather information in the future. Lets fly safe and have fun!
